To clear android cache data click on settings>storage>cached data and select ok when the pop-up prompt you to clear the cached data you can also clear the cache of each individual app manually by going to settings>apps click on your desired app and clear cache, if you are an android 6.0(marshmallow) user click settings>apps>select the app>tap storage>clear cache.
