While it is a good thing at times to send a message and be very sure that the receiver has read the message, but sometimes you just want to read the message without the sender knowing you have read their message maybe you are too busy or tired to reply or not in the mood to reply, facebook messenger is a good app, it's allows you to make free video and voice call as long as you are connected to the internet, facebook messenger makes sending and receiving messages on facebook easier and faster and you get notified immediately the message hit your inbox.

             Whenever you send a message on facebook messenger you see a blue tick when the message is sent, with the blue tick disappearing and getting replaced by a small semi-transparent circle, now their are few tips to read facebook messages without the sender knowing,

1) Switching off your access to the internet before reading the message

 You can switch off your access to the internet by activating airplane mode or switching off your data if you are an android user, to enable airplane mode, bring down your notification bar and click on airplane.

For iphone users iPhone users can swipe up from the bottom of the screen and then tap the airplane icon on the left hand side.

after activating airplane mode read the message after reading exit facebook messenger and deactivate airplane mode

It's not easy to hide the fact you've read the message sent to you on facebook but this can be achieved through the use of 3rd party plug-ins
Firefox click on the three vertical lines on the top right hand corner of your firefox browser

Click on add-ons from the tab that appears and search for message seen disable and click in the add to firefox button.

Click on the colourful square grid in the upper left hand corner marked Apps. This opens a menu of Chrome and Google related options.
